Flu Clinic, for Westwood Residents ages 5 and older.
Health Insurance is not required to receive a flu shot; however, the Town receives reimbursement if you present your insurance and/or Medicare card.
The flu registration form can be found by clicking here. Please bring a completed copy along with your insurance cards to save time!
Anyone under 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Vaccine is available on a first come basis.
